By accessing or using trsasolstice.com (the "Website"), registering a team, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with the services provided through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

• "Event Organizer" refers to TRSA (Terwillegar Riverbend Soccer Association), the organization responsible for planning and running the event hosted on trsasolstice.com.
• "Platform" refers to Sports Event Zone, the software platform that powers this website.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Website, whether authenticated or not.
• "Team Staff" refers to managers, coaches, trainers, and other officials registered to a team through the platform.
• "Participant" refers to any player or spectator involved in an event.

Team registration is subject to availability and the Event Organizer's approval. By registering a team, you represent that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• Your team meets the eligibility requirements for the selected age group and pool.
• You are authorized to register the team and accept these terms on behalf of all team members.

The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any registration at their discretion, including but not limited to cases of inaccurate information, ineligibility, or capacity constraints.

Registration fees are determined by the Event Organizer and are displayed during the registration process. Payment may be made by credit card, e-transfer, or cheque/invoice, as offered by the Event Organizer.

Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Platform does not store your credit card information.

Refund policies are at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer. Teams that cancel after divisions have been published may not be eligible for a refund. For refund inquiries, contact the Event Organizer at [email protected].

Team staff are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate roster information, including player names, jersey numbers, and dates of birth where required.
• Uploading official roster documents before the stated deadline.
• Ensuring all listed players and staff are eligible to participate under the event's rules and the governing body's regulations.
• Keeping team contact information current throughout the event.

The Event Organizer may restrict or revoke team access for failure to comply with these responsibilities.

All participants — players, team staff, and spectators — are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. The following are prohibited:

• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behaviour toward any individual.
• Physical violence or intimidation.
• Deliberate violation of the rules of play.
• Damage to facilities, equipment, or property.

Infractions may result in disciplinary action including yellow cards, red cards, ejection from the field, suspension from future games, or removal from the event. The Event Organizer's decisions on disciplinary matters are final.

Participation in events organized through trsasolstice.com is at your own risk. Neither the Event Organizer (TRSA (Terwillegar Riverbend Soccer Association)) nor Sports Event Zone shall be liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death arising from participation.
• Loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property.
• Cancellation, postponement, or modification of events due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances.
• Errors or omissions in schedules, scores, or standings.

Participants are strongly encouraged to carry appropriate insurance coverage. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

The Platform — including its design, code, logos, and documentation — is the property of Sports Event Zone and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Event-specific content (logos, images, page content) is the property of the Event Organizer.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission from Sports Event Zone.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

TRSA (Terwillegar Riverbend Soccer Association) and Sports Event Zone reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
